My name is Jeffrey Woodward and I’m the new car manager here at Deery of Waukee. I’m from Muskegon, MI but have been in Iowa for 15 years now. I have enjoyed 34 years in the auto industry. I enjoy riding my Harley and spending time with my family! Hello! My name is Dale Hardison and I’m the General Sales Manager here at Deery of Waukee. I’m originally from Maquoketa, IA but now reside in Norwalk with my family. My favorite food is pizza, especially a good Chicago deep dish. In my free time I enjoy golfing and following the Chicago Cubs, Iowa Hawkeyes, and the Las Vegas Raiders! Any time you are here at the dealership, feel free to stop by the manager tower and say “Hi”! We look forward to continue to grow with the city of Waukee and surrounding areas.

I grew up in Stone Mountain, Georgia. I moved to Iowa 13 years ago. I enjoy spending my free time duck hunting or swimming in the pool with my friends and family. Add some varieties of smoked meats and it is also a good time!

I am a life long Georgia Bulldog fan. I have a Red and Black Wrangler JL that I even named after their mascot, Hairy Dawg!

My name is Steven Shea, I am the Finance Director here at Deery of Waukee. I am from a small town in northwest Iowa called Sac City. My favorite food would have to be burgers, I love grilling with friends and family. My favorite movies are The Wolf of Wall Street and Step Brothers. I would love to help in any way that I can so please don’t hesitate to reach out!

I am from Dubuque Iowa and moved to the Des Moines area 1 year ago. I graduated college in May of 2019 with a degree in Automotive Management and Marketing. I have been in the car industry since I was 14 washing cars for my uncle’s dealership in Dubuque. I recently joined our sales team and was in our service department prior to the change.

In my free time I enjoy anything outdoors. Hunting, fishing, mountain biking, boating, and camping are some of my favorite things to do. In the future I would like to get a project jeep for off-roading and to help me advance my wrench skills. I am recently engaged and getting married in 2021. I also have two dogs that always seem to keep me on my toes and make playtime never-ending.

My name is Ashley Praski and I am the Internet Sales Director for Deery Brothers of Waukee. I was raised in a small town called Madrid, Iowa but now I live in West Des Moines, Iowa. In my free time, you can find me watching movies with my two dogs Denver and Honey, or working on my mint Blue 92 Wrangler! My name is Greg Waters, and I am the Service Director here at Deery of Waukee. I’m from Des Moines  and currently reside in Boone. In my free time you will find me at the racetrack on Saturday nights. Sundays you will find me in my back yard, as after gardening and cleaning the pool, the afternoons are set for my 6 grand kids! My favorite movie is “It’s a Wonderful Life.” With my Favorite food being fajitas. Since starting in the business in 1984, most of my friends are customers and employees that I have met over my many years. Please feel free to stop in and say “Hello”!
